Article Underground Member Contributed Blogs

I thought that it’d be a good idea to let you know about the many advantages that you will receive when contributing a blog(s) for fellow Article Underground Members to announce their article pages in.
If you have any web sites that are already indexed by Google, they would be perfect to contribute to our pool of 80+ member contributed blogs and growing so that AU members have more places to get free links. You’ll gain some benefits which I will point out and explain.

Don’t know how to set up your new blog???
It’s really easy to do! Simply create and install a Wordpress blog in a directory of an existing web site OR add a blog to the root of your site and devote that site to the blog. (Another option is to set up a subdomain just for your blog – please no more than 1 blog per domain!)
You can go either way – a blog dedicated to AU posting, or simply link to the directory or subdomain you have your blog in. If you select the latter approach it will be more “stealth” and behind the scenes.
Both approaches are smart and have many benefits for you!
Simply add some categories, set up permalinks properly for SEO and set up the blog to allow authors to register (or create an account for AU members) and you’re pretty much ready.

OK, so let’s analyze why donating a blog or 2 will be good for you.Here are some reasons, not in any order.
1. Your web site(s) will gain more dynamic fresh content when AU members regularly announce their article pages in your blog(s).
2. You’ll get content added for free! Your site will be alive and growing without your having to touch it!
3. Members who post in your blog will often link to the post pages from other domains (to increase PageRank etc.)
4. You’ll have RSS Feeds you can use on your other sites and also encourage other AU members to use on their sites. That translates into more backlinks for your blog and the domain it’s on.
5. Use the new INVENTORY of web pages from your blog(s) to link to your other web sites and important web pages. You’ll soon have tons of pages to put links on!
6. Monetize the blog with eBay auction ads or Adsense and make some extra money on the traffic you’ll get.
7. Will increase your Alexa traffic rank
8. Easy to manage as only AU members will have access to the account you set up, or know how to register and post, so you won’t have to worry about the general public spamming your blog.
9. Too many more to list but I think you should get the idea!
By contributing a blog and having AU members add content to your pages you’ll have a fresh dynamic site that the search engines will respect.
