They also give you an estimated monhtly searcjh volume for each word, allow you to look at the competition's inbound links, and they even have the feature to request (via email templates) link exchanges with the site's of your choice. I prefer to use goog key words becuase it is a free tool and it's effectiveness is outstanding.
