Dear Mike,

In case you didn't get my email, I created a squidoo page
http://www.squidoo.com/xangoblog/ for my network marketing op., Xango...

...and will now place it as the link on a couple of network marketing articles.

However, I'm a little unsure as to where to go from there... and really, what's the big deal?

My Squidoo page presently has a Pagerank 0...am I supposed to build that up? And if I do, all I can see is Squidoo picking up adsense...what's really the benefit for me?

Web 2.0 just means networking. Am I right?

Hello Mike. Great post as usual.

I have been following Squidoo for some time. It was always going to be a winner.

Time is always the issue for most of us. Although it could be worth losing some time off article directories and spend that precious time on Squidoo.

Find me someone who can do all the work without charging the earth, and I will be onboard!

There's a lot of home business professionals in the same boat.

Keep the good stuff coming.

Sincerely,
John Adams

Hi Mike

I have used Squidoo to great success to rank for some really competitive terms. All you need to do is put some real content, use variations of your mail keyword (no stuffing please).

Since this page itself will rank well, you need to remember to put some quality content and pre-sell rather than sell. Just set the stage, talk about the problems your product solves and then refer to your mail sales page. Bingo!

Wow, thanks for the complimentary remarks, Mike. I'll have to try and live up to them by making more lenses! Yes, Squidoo is exciting, and definitely made easier to do by being an Article Underground member. That's partly because of the articles, which provide ideas, keywords and text for prospective lenses, and partly because of the knowledge gained at AU concerning linking and keyword phrases. And now you've joined up to Squidoo, we are already getting useful advice on how to maximize our traffic using it. Cool!
