I have been considering getting Lasik eye surgery. My friend got it done a couple years ago and she said that her eye sight has been perfect since. I am just hesitant because I wonder how long my eyes will stay in a perfect condition since I am 22 and my eye vision changes slightly each year. I just want to be able to wake up and not worry about putting my contacts in.

Before surgery I couldn’t see anything clearly without glasses. Even worse, all outdoor activities were a strain. Needless to say I couldn’t score many points playing basketball. At work I wasn’t able to use a computer for more than an hour before I started getting head aches. This not only affected my performance but also my attitude. Now that I’ve had the surgery I finally have a full field of vision during every waking hour. Being able to walk outside with no glasses or contacts and seeing everything is amazing. I highly recommend Lasik laser surgery.

Congratulations on your recovery.I've watched a video recently that explains the issues on LASIK, and quite frankly, it sucked big time. My eye doctor, Indianapolis based said that the arguments isn't that much convincing. On a personal note though, I kind of thought that the speaker was inadequate to explain LASIK. It is like listening to a high school girl making early morning gossip. The vocal tone is a bit too irritating for my ears to be able to stay interested in the topic.
